DONATION BY HON. CECILIA ABENA DAPAAH TO THE NATIONAL CHIEF IMAM SHEIK (DR) OSMANU NUHU SHARUBUTU

The Minister for Sanitation and Water Resources, Hon. Cecilia Abena Dapaah today 4th May, 2021 paying a courtesy call on the National Chief Imam at his residence, donated items to help support the Ramadan fast and the people he feeds.

The items donated include 100 loaves of bread, 50 boxes of water, 5 bags of rice, 5 bags of sugar, 5 cartons of Milo, 10 cartons of milk and 3 gallons of Oil.

Hon. Cecilia Abena Dapaah said he was a spiritual father to the Nation we needed to always come sit at his feet in search of knowledge. She commended the Chief Imam for his contribution to the peace we enjoyed as a nation and prayed for Allah’s continuous blessing upon him.

The National Chief Imam, who is a member of the Peace Council and has also been conferred with the title “Chief Patron” of Sanitation by the Sector Minister, thanked and acknowledged the Hon. Minister’s continuous visits over the years, and effort towards the fight for cleaner and safer environments. He urged all to support the President’s vision and therefore prayed for Allah’s blessing in making the efforts of the Minister and the Ministry fruitful.
